James Clear's 3-2-1 Thursday Newsletter

     I came across James Clear’s book Atomic Habits while looking for self-help books in 2019. If you are interested in a great perspective on the importance of creating daily habits or need help creating a daily schedule, I encourage you to check that book out. It is translated to numerous different languages as well. Since reading it a few years ago, I still find myself looking back on some of the quotes and ideas that stood out to me. I became a fan of James Clear’s and began to look further into his content. I found his website, jamesclear.com, where he offers other products and services like events, courses, and a newsletter.

    The newsletter has become my favorite consistent source for motivational content. And the crazy part is that it’s free content! All you have to do is put your email address in and you’ll begin receiving the 3-2-1 newsletter every Thursday. No, I am not receive any compensation for referring you to his content. I believe it is some of the best motivational content available today to recreate and remind yourself to continue pushing forward. 

    You might be wondering what the “3-2-1” I referenced stands for. Essentially, it explains the format of the newsletter, and means that it will provide you with three ideas, two quotes, and one question. The content comes from a multitude of different sources that you can dig further into if you’re interested.
